Our rain boots are made from high quality all-natural rubber. The cotton-lining is slid onto the boot-tree and the natural rubber is fitted to the pattern in sections. The boot is then 'baked' in the vulcanisation tank for an hour at 140C. For this reason, all our linings are 100 per cent cotton, any artificial materials wouldsimply melt during the 'baking' process. Once the boots have cooled down, every pair is tested by hand to ensure it is completely waterproof.Orders are processed by our logistics within 1 to 2 working days from the date of receipt in the system.
Delivery is usually within 4-6 working days from the time the order is placed with the carrier, except for remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.
The products are delivered by the specified carrier from Monday to Friday during office hours.
We remind you that shipments and deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays.
During holiday periods, shipments may take longer.
We suggest that you always choose an address where someone can pick up your order. If you prefer to receive your order at an office please also provide the name of the person to contact.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect the goods or try to make 2 new delivery attempts.
We always advise you to track the status of your shipment with the tracking code that will be communicated to you by email when the package is sent, you can check the status of your order at any time!

At the time of product delivery, we always recommend that you check:
that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to the number stated in the transport document;

What should I do if my package is damaged or items are missing?
We ensure that you receive an intact package with all purchased items. If this does not happen, please help us by sending photos of the damaged package to our customer service.
In case of missing items, please write to our customer service and briefly specify the exact items in question.
What should I do if I have not received my package?
Our couriers do their best to ensure you receive your order on time and, more importantly, intact. However, despite the attention, we cannot rule out the possibility of exceptions.
If you understand from the tracking number that there is a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
If the courier needs our help (as the sender), please contact our customer service within 14 days after the package was sent.
